Usage:
Ideal for braising meat, fish, or making dipping sauces.

Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate 500 g of meat or fish with 1 pack of Soup Base for Braised Meat and Fish – Dh Foods for 1–2 hours.
Step 2: Sauté shallots and garlic in cooking oil. Add the marinated meat or fish and stir-fry until slightly browned. Pour in 500 ml of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce to a gentle simmer and braise until the liquid is almost absorbed. Finish by sprinkling with chopped green onions and ground pepper.
Step 4: Serve hot with rice, boiled vegetables, and cucumber slices.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, use the entire pack at once, or reseal and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 30 days.
