Usage:
Ideal for preparing the broth for Spicy and Sour Hotpot, or for a variety of dishes such as sour fish soup, steamed clams, or noodle soups with Tom Yum flavor.

Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
Soup Base for Spicy and Sour Hotpot – Dh Foods: 1 pack
Water: 700–750 ml
Lemongrass: 1 stalk
Galangal: 1–2 slices
Kaffir lime leaves: 2 leaves
Corn: 1/2 cob, sliced
Culantro, Vietnamese coriander, chopped
Accompaniments: shrimp, squid, clams, water spinach, water lily flowers, water convolvulus, or according to taste

Step 2: Cooking
Pour 700–750 ml of water into a pot, add 1 pack of Soup Base for Spicy and Sour Hotpot – Dh Foods, stir well, and bring to a boil.
Add crushed lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves, and bring back to a boil.

Step 3: Serve
Add accompaniments according to taste and enjoy.
Tip: For an even richer flavor, replace water with bone broth.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, use the entire pack at once, or reseal and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 30 days.
