As the leader of the Sales and Marketing Department at Dh Foods, my biggest responsibility is to connect quality products with market demand and build a solid brand value. I always believe that sustainable success must come from kindness in every product and service, with a commitment to be better today than yesterday, and better tomorrow than today.

What makes me especially proud is that Dh Foods products have covered most supermarket chains nationwide and are exported to more than 14 countries. This is not only a commercial success, but also a recognition of the efforts of the whole team. To build and maintain a strong team, I believe that true cohesion does not come from meetings but from each member understanding and appreciating each other's efforts and silent sacrifices, even in difficult times that cannot be expressed in words.

To the young people who are starting their journey here, I just want to say: "Always try to give yourself a more difficult task every day."

As the Head of Marketing at Dh Foods, I always approach my work with the spirit of discovery and continuous learning. Because I do not come from a Marketing background, I choose to "blind men and an elephant" - experiencing each aspect in a practical way, while continuously taking Marketing courses every weekend. For me, the most special thing about this job is that creativity can be "ignited" from the smallest things in life.

I believe that inspiration and creative motivation must always come from within each individual. Therefore, I always respect the differences and personal space of each member. The most important thing is that when the team sits together, everyone is ready to bring the best energy to work.

Through many large and small campaigns at Dh Foods, the most valuable thing I learned is flexibility, always ready to accept and adapt to all changes. Up to this point, I see myself as much more mature, learning and renewing myself every day.

After nearly 10 years of accompanying from the time I was a 4th year student until today, witnessing Dh Foods grow from a small office of only 7 people into a strong collective, I truly feel that I belong here. For me, the journey at Dh Foods can be simply summed up in one sentence: "Every day is a new day" - Dh Foods and I have grown together every day.

As the Head of Human Resources at Dh Foods, my biggest responsibility is to create a working environment where each individual feels appreciated and listened to. It is not just about hiring the right people, putting them in the right place, but also about making each employee feel like they truly belong here, are accompanied and contribute to the collective success of the group.

The most challenging part of my job is balancing business needs and human emotions, but it is also the most rewarding part of seeing each employee grow and develop every day. This job has taught me to listen more, be more patient, and grow both in skills and emotions.

If I had to say something to young people who love HR, I would say to always start with sincerity. This job may not be glamorous, but when you do it with all your heart, you will touch the hearts of others. That is also what makes me proud to be with Dh Foods, where each member is an indispensable “spice” in the common formula of success, full of affection and human values.
