Ideal for preparing authentic Vietnamese Sour Soup.

Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- Soup Base for Sour Soup – Dh Foods: 1 pack (80 g)
- Water: 700 - 750 ml
- Cleaned fish or shrimp: 250 g
- Pineapple: 1/4 piece
- Minced garlic, sliced shallots, cooking oil: 1 tablespoon each
- Tomatoes, okra, water spinach, taro stem, bean sprouts, culantro, Vietnamese coriander: to taste

Step 2: Cooking
- Sauté minced garlic and sliced shallots in cooking oil and set aside.
- In a pot, add 700–750 ml of water and cook the fish until just done (about 3–5 minutes). Add 1 pack of Soup Base for Sour Soup – Dh Foods, stir well, and bring to a boil.
- Add pineapple and cook for 2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, okra, and water spinach and bring to a boil.
- Finally, add taro stem and bean sprouts, bring to a boil, then turn off the heat.

Step 3: Serve
Ladle the soup into bowls. Sprinkle with chopped culantro, Vietnamese coriander, and the sautéed garlic and shallots. Serve hot.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, use the entire pack at once, or reseal and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 30 days.
