Usage:
Ideal for braising pork with fermented shrimp paste, or for preparing authentic Hue Beef Noodle Soup (Bún Bò Huế).

Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate 500g of pork with 1 pack of Soup Base for Braised Fermented Shrimp Paste for 1–2 hours.
Step 2: Sauté shallots, garlic, and lemongrass in cooking oil until fragrant. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until slightly browned. Pour in 500ml of water and bring to a boil.
Step 3: Reduce to a gentle simmer and braise until the liquid is almost absorbed. Finish by sprinkling with chopped green onions and ground pepper.
Step 4: Serve hot with rice, boiled vegetables, and cucumber slices.
*Tip: Use pork belly or pork shoulder for the most authentic taste.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. After opening, use the entire pack at once, or reseal and store in the refrigerator. Consume within 30 days.
