The product comes in a compact 80g pouch, packed in multi-layer materials (PET12/PE20/AL6/LLDPE90), with LLDPE90 as the direct food-contact layer. All packaging components comply with food safety regulations set by the Ministry of Health.

Usage:
Use to prepare the curry dishes with chicken, duck, goat, shrimp, crab, and other curry dishes.

Detailed Instructions:
Step 1: Marinate 500-700 g of meat with one packet of Dh Foods Soup Base For Curry for 1-2 hours.
Step 2: Sauté chopped onion, garlic, and lemongrass until fragrant. Add the marinated meat and stir-fry until lightly browned. Pour in 1.5 liters of fresh coconut water or filtered water, then bring to a boil.
Step 3: When the meat becomes tender, add about 150 g of fried taro and 150 g of fried sweet potatoes. Simmer gently over low heat. Finally, add coconut milk for a richer, creamier taste.
Step 4: Serve with bread, vermicelli noodles, or rice.

Tip: For a thicker curry, mix cornstarch with water and gradually add it when the dish is almost done cooking.

Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.  After opening, use all at once, or seal the packaging tightly and keep refrigerated. Consume within 30 days.
