The natural squid ink is carefully selected from cuttlefish caught in the East Sea of Vietnam. This is the ingredient that creates the product’s distinctive deep black color without the need for any synthetic coloring agents.
The rice flour is sourced from local rice varieties cultivated in Binh Thuan (prior to consolidation), now part of Lam Dong province, ensuring consistent quality and safety.

Soft and chewy noodles with a striking jet black color
After 8 minutes of cooking, the noodles achieve a pleasantly soft and chewy texture, with a smooth surface and a rich, uniform black color. When plated, the dark noodles create a beautiful contrast that enhances the visual appeal of accompanying ingredients such as shrimp, squid, meat or vegetables, making the dish attractive from the very first glance.

Convenient and safe packaging
The 250 g pouch is practical and suited to the needs of many households with frequent usage. The product is packaged in an OPP/CPP plastic pouch that protects it from moisture, dust and external impact while preserving its full flavor and quality.

Cooking instruction:
Step 1: Place spaghetti into a pot of boiling water and cook for 8 minutes.
Step 2: Drain spaghetti and rinse immediately with cold water, then toss with cooking oil.
Step 3: Mix the spaghetti with your favorite sauce and prepare your pasta dishes.
*Note: Only boil in boiling water; do not soak in cold water before boiling.
