The spaghetti is made from rice flour combined with 3.5% natural matcha powder, giving it a naturally green color without the use of any synthetic coloring agents.
The matcha powder is produced from green tea leaves grown in Son La at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level and ground using a cold milling technology on a Japanese production line.
The rice flour is sourced from local rice varieties cultivated in Binh Thuan (prior to consolidation), now part of Lam Dong province, ensuring consistent quality and safety.

Quick and easy cooking with a stable soft chewy texture
The spaghetti strands are straight, approximately 20 cm in length, easy to separate and place into the pot without breaking. Only 6 minutes of cooking are needed to achieve the ideal soft and chewy texture.
After cooking, the noodles retain their natural matcha green color and a mild characteristic aroma. The surface is smooth and non gritty, making handling easier when preparing or mixing with sauces.

Convenient and safe packaging
The 250 g pouch is practical and suitable for the needs of many households with frequent usage.
The product is packaged in an OPP/CPP plastic pouch that protects it from moisture, dust and external impact, while preserving its full flavor and quality.

Cooking instruction:
Step 1: Place spaghetti into a pot of boiling water and cook for 6 minutes.
Step 2: Drain spaghetti and rinse immediately with cold water, then toss with cooking oil.
Step 3: Mix the spaghetti with your favorite sauce and prepare your pasta dishes.
*Note: Only boil in boiling water; do not soak in cold water before boiling.

Store the product in a dry place.
