How to make Tay Ninh salt fried shrimp

Step 1: Make Tay Ninh Salt mixture to shake shrimp

Blend the mixture: 50g Dried Shrimp, 5g Sugar, 5g Ground Chili , 50g Tay Ninh Shrimp Salt , 10g Garlic Powder , 10g Korean Chili Powder , and a little MSG.

Step 2: Prepare and fry shrimp

Preparation: Cut off the shrimp legs and whiskers, then split the shrimp's back in half and remove the back vein. Finally, coat with a thin layer of tapioca starch.
