How to make Grilled Meat from Sun-dried Ban Don Pig
Step 1: Marinate and dry the meat
Add 1 packet of Complete Grilled Meat Seasoning Sauce , 3 - 5g of Grilled Meat Seasoning to 500g of Ban Don pork. Mix well until the seasoning is completely absorbed, then marinate the meat at room temperature for 2 - 3 hours.
