Shrimp Sate Sauce

Vegetable Oil, Chili, Onion, Water, Dried Shrimp 5%, Lemongrass, Sugar, Garlic, Galangal, Iodized Salt, Phu Quoc Fish Sauce, Flavour Enhancer (621), Cinnamon, Star Anise, Acidity Regulator (330), Natural Coloring (160c(i)).

The dried shrimp is perfectly balanced to deliver a bold aroma the moment you open the jar. When used in cooking, the shrimp flavor blends deeply with lemongrass, galangal, cinnamon, and star anise, creating a rich, spicy sauce with a gentle sweetness. Ideal for stir-frying seafood, marinating grilled meats, serving with vermicelli, or mixing with rice for an added layer of flavor.

Usage: 
- Delicious as a marinade for grilled, fried, and stir-fried dishes.
- Use with vermicelli, noodles, phở, hot pot, etc.
- Use for making dipping sauce.
**Shake well before use.

Storage: 
- Keep in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
- Cover tightly after using.
- After opening, Sate Sauce Products should be stored in the Fridge and used within 30 days. 

Note: The phenomenon of oil freezing at low temperatures is a normal occurrence. Take the Sauce out of the Fridge and let it come to room temperature, or reheat it before using.
