Vegetable Oil, Chili, Garlic, Onion, Sugar, White Sesame, Phu Quoc Fish Sauce, Iodized Salt, Flavour Enhancer (621), Natural Coloring (160c(i)).

Unlike shrimp-based sate, Hoi An Sate Sauce features mild chili heat, the aroma of garlic and onion, and a hint of nutty white sesame. This simple yet well-balanced recipe pairs perfectly with Mi Quang noodles, baby clams with rice crackers, or a warm bowl of steamed rice.

Usage: 
- Delicious as a marinade for grilled, fried, and stir-fried dishes.
- Use with vermicelli, noodles, phở, hot pot, etc.
- Use for making dipping sauce.
**Shake well before use.

Storage: 
- Keep in a dry, cool place and avoid direct sunlight.
- Cover tightly after using.
- After opening, Sate Sauce Products should be stored in the Fridge and used within 30 days. 

Note: The phenomenon of oil freezing at low temperatures is a normal occurrence. Take the Sauce out of the Fridge and let it come to room temperature, or reheat it before using.
