Usage:
- Use as a dip for dried seafood (such as dried squid or dried fish), as well as fried or grilled meat, fish, and seafood dishes.
- Use to prepare tamarind-based stir-fried dishes such as tamarind shrimp, tamarind quail eggs, or tamarind-simmered squid.
