The star anise comes from Lạng Sơn, which produces pods with a sweet, intense aroma and natural essential oils. They are widely used not only in cooking but also in traditional remedies.
The fresh cardamom is carefully picked from Lai Châu, Lào Cai, and Yên Bái, where the pods are large and packed with seeds.

Natural Sài Gòn Beef Phở Spice preserves the signature warmth of classic ingredients while adding a southern twist. The blend features fennel seeds, cloves, coriander seeds, and other bold spices that bring out a fuller broth.

Usage: Use 1 packet for 2 liters of water.
Step 1: Simmer 1 kg of beef bones with 2 liters of water for 2 hours. Turn off the heat and let it cool for 1 hour.
Step 2: Place all seasonings in the provided spice bag. Add the spice bag to the pot with the simmered bones, add water to make a total of 2 liters, and cook for another 1 hour.
Step 3: Adjust seasoning to taste.

Notes:
- For well-done beef (nạm): add 300 g of beef to the broth pot together with the seasoning packet.
- For rare beef (tái): place rice noodles in a bowl, add sliced beef on top, and pour the finished broth over.
- The product includes a spice bag for seasoning during cooking.
