JOB DESCRIPTION
- Personnel management: Assign work, urge and guide workers to work according to regulations, maintain labor safety and general hygiene.
- Progress control: Monitor the production process, ensure that the stages are carried out according to plan and output.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality, detect and report quality issues promptly.
- Reporting: Record and report production related information to superiors.
REQUEST
- Graduated from Grade 12 or higher (priority given to Food Technology, Food Processing or related majors).
- No experience required.
- Ability to organize, coordinate work, work in groups and independently.
- Priority is given to those who know how to use office computers.
- Good health, work shifts.
- Honest, hard-working, highly responsible.
