Job Objective
Support the Board of Directors in the continuous analysis and improvement of processes in a Dry Spice Processing Factory (Pepper, Chili, Salt, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Turmeric, Lemon Leaves, etc.). Specifically, contribute specialized Mechatronics opinions in the selection, testing, purchase and operation of machinery and equipment (please see Appendix A for more details).
Accompanying the Shift Leader and Workers in daily production activities, such as: Inspection, Calibration and Setup, Periodic Maintenance (active and passive),… for Machinery and Equipment.
Main responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect mechanical, electrical, water and fire protection systems during installation and operation.
- Plan and perform periodic equipment maintenance and servicing.
- Management of technical materials, components and accessories for production.
- Ensure equipment is cleaned according to food safety standards.
- Perform periodic technical reports and troubleshoot problems that arise.
Power
- Authorized to stop production line when technical risks are detected.
- Participate in occupational safety and health programs and recommend appropriate improvements.
- Provided with full protective equipment and have the right to refuse to perform unsafe work.
Candidate requirements
- Graduated from University of Mechanical Engineering, Major in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or Automation.
- Basic English, able to read and understand specialized technical documents.
- Priority is given to candidates who can start work immediately (within 1 month after reaching an agreement between the two parties)
- Full-time, shift work available (6 days/week)
