Ingredients (for 2-4 people):

  • Dh Foods Vietnamese Sweet & Sour Soup Sauce: 1 bottle (200 g)
  • Water: 1.8 liters
  • Fish (cleaned): 1 whole (approx. 500 g)
  • Tomatoes, Okra, Elephant ear stalk, Water mimosa: to taste
  • Minced garlic, Grated shallots, Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon each
  • Pineapple: 1/4 fruit
  • Bean sprouts, Coriander: to taste

Cooking:

 

Step 1: Fry minced garlic and grated shallots

Fry minced garlic and grated shallots in cooking oil until fragrant and set aside.

 

Step 2: Fish & Broth

Fill a pot with 1.8 liters of water. Add fish and cook until just done (about 3-5 minutes), add 1 bottle of Dh Foods Sweet & Sour Soup, mix well and bring to a boil.

 

Step 3: Vegetables

Add pineapple and cook for 2 minutes, then add tomatoes, okra, and water mimosa and bring to a boil.

 

Step 4: Re-boil and finish

Add mint and bean sprouts and bring to a boil for a delicious, authentic sweet and sour soup.

 

Step 5: Enjoy!

Put into bowl, serve with chopped coriander, saw leaf, and fried garlic and shallot.
