How to make Mushroom Hot Pot with Dh Foods Mushroom Hot Pot Sauce

Ingredients (for 2-4 people):

  • Dh Foods Mushroom Hot Pot Sauce: 1 bottle (200 g)
  • Water: 1.5 - 1.8 liters
  • Dried Shiitake mushrooms: 6 - 8 mushrooms
  • 6 - 8 Jujubes
  • 1/2 White radishes (optional)
  • Mushrooms, Side dishes: to taste

Cooking:

Step 1: Fry minced garlic and grated shallots

Pour 1.5 - 1.8 liters of water into a pot, add 1 bottle of Dh Foods Mushroom Hot Pot Sauce (200 g), mix well and bring to a boil.

 

Step 2: Fish & Broth

Add jujubes, dried shiitake mushrooms, and sliced white radishes, and bring to a boil again for a delicious, authentic mushroom hot pot.

Note: Use broth instead of water for better taste.
